About the Retreat

The Creek Retreat is a two-day immersive experience designed to help individuals living with chronic pain, stress, and nervous system dysregulation reconnect with their bodies in a safer, more supportive way.

Through education, gentle somatic exercises, and evidence-based tools such as Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), participants are guided in retraining the nervous system and creating new neural pathways. The goal is not to push through discomfort, but to learn how the body and mind can move toward safety, calm, and resilience.

Set in the natural beauty of Zion, the retreat offers a quiet, grounding environment that supports reflection, learning, and healing.

What Can I Expect?

Participants will learn how chronic pain and stress are often maintained by the nervous system’s protective patterns. By practicing nervous system regulation and building new neural pathways, the body and mind can begin to respond differently to discomfort and stress.

This retreat focuses on education and practical tools that participants can continue using long after the retreat ends.

Throughout The Creek Retreat Zion, participants are guided through evidence based practices that help retrain the nervous system and create a greater sense of safety in the body.

This retreat is ideal for individuals navigating:
